Summary:
The demo board DC1830B is based on a battery charge controller (LTC4000-1) with maximum power point control. MPPC extracts maximum power from high impedance sources such as solar panels, wind turbines and fuel cells. MPPC is implemented by an input voltage regulation control loop. This board enables a complete high performance battery charger when used with a DC/DC converter. This document contains design files, demos, and schematics for the demonstration board DC1830B-C/DC1830B-D.
